Tim Hasara
Founder, Managing Partner, CIO
30+ year investment career with a proven track record in microcap equities
Before founding Sinnet Capital, Tim was a Portfolio Manager at Kennedy Capital Management, a multi-billion-dollar asset manager in Saint Louis, Missouri from 1994-2021.
At Kennedy Capital, Tim managed a microcap equity fund with over $1 billion of assets.
Tim serves on the investment committee of The Burroughs Wellcome Fund, an $800 million philanthropic fund focused on healthcare grants.
Tim received a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in Management from Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Blaise Aguirre, M.D.
Analyst
Dr. Blaise Aguirre is a Research Analyst primarily focused on the healthcare sector and special situation equities.
Blaise is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and is the Medical Director of 3East McLean Hospital currently serving in a part time role.
Dr. Aguirre was also a Registered Broker and Analyst at Investor’s Capital where he covered microcap and small cap equities for institutional money managers and has served on the board of two publicly traded microcap companies.
Dr. Aguirre received undergraduate and doctorate degrees from the University of Witwatersrand Johannesburg, South Africa as well as his Fellowship in Psychiatry from the Boston University School of Medicine.

Ben Hasara
Analyst
Ben Hasara is a Research Analyst focused on the industrials, technology, and consumer sectors.
Prior to Sinnet Capital, Ben worked as a Private Equity Associate for the Carlyle Group, focusing on secondary private equity investments and private market valuation analysis.
Prior to Carlyle, Ben was an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Securities in the Global Industrials Group.
Ben received a Bachelors in Business Administration, with a major in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
